Key issues discussed in this report are employee relations, fair employment practices, talent management, skills training and career development, and employee wellness and ethics.
Our staff complement increased from 5 066 in 2013 to 5 284 in 2015 after acquiring Burn Stewart Distillers (BSD) in Scotland, while approximately 90% of all our employees are located in South Africa.
