We are in process of adopting new charters, policies and frameworks in order to comply with King IVTM from the 2018 financial year.

Building ethical business relationships

Conflict of Interest
Conflict of interest occurs when financial or other personal considerations may, or may appear to affect an employee’s or director’s loyalty and professional judgement and performance of their duties. The Conflict of Interest Policy will aid employees and directors to make sound decisions when confronted with a potential conflict of interest situation by providing the necessary guidelines.
